Galería Orchilla
Galería Orchilla, which is owned by Innovaciones iAlumbra, located in the charming town of El Triunfo, in Baja California, was opened in January 2024, and is dedicated to showcase artworks from the leading artists and painters of Baja California Sur.
I was hired to open, set up and manage the Gallery, which I happily accepted and moved from Mexico City to live in La Paz, 60 km from El Triunfo. This role allowed me to continue fostering a love for art, collaborating with and supporting the creative endeavors of both emerging and established artists.
As the manager of Galería Orchilla I was proud and honored to be able to plan, create and executive multiple live events that focused on art, design, jewelry, music and food, from leading artists, designers, musicians, writers and chefs.

Promoting our events with the local media has been a true pleasure
It was such an honor to host this very special charity event at Galería Orchilla, and my painting, which was created during the event, raised MX$5600 and the entire event collected almost MX$9000 for the local school here in El Triunfo.
As a mother and an art teacher for many years, for me, it is a truly powerful cause to be able to give our young children as much as we can to help them enjoy their childhood and succeed in life.
It was a memorable event, with fantastic people, amazing live music by Anibal Cota, and very yummy Paella prepared and served by Chef Phillip Gerald and the team from El Minero de El Triunfo.
